Does your boring old room need an architectural makeover?
Are you ready for a change that goes beyond a new floor rug and some throw pillows? We can help you create a room that's one of a kind and totally you.

Rip and Renew is looking for homeowners who are ready to add real character to one specific room in the house by building in new architectural details like a fireplace, skylights or a cozy corner niche. We'll provide a talented designer and a capable carpenter to lead you on your design adventure plus goods and labor that will be added to your budget. All applicants must have outgoing personalities, be willing to appear on television, and be ready to pitch in financially and physically to get the job done. So if you're tired of the same old space and you're ready to get your hands dirty let's get together to rip, build and renew your room!

INCOMPLETE applications will not be read. We take referrals but make sure they know about it and HAVE THEM fill out the questionnaire themselves.

Also, we need Digital PHOTOS!
We need photos of you, and everyone that lives in your home plus wide shots and close-ups of your room. If you do not own a digital camera, borrow one. If that's not a possibility, then your next best option is to take standard photos, get them developed and then go to a copying center and ask them to help you scan the photos into a computer and attach them to your application. NOTE: Your application form cannot be submitted without digital photo files being attached. If photos files are too large they may cause the form to malfunction.
